Generation Solutions is one of the proud sponsors of the upcoming Senior Fitness Fun Day in Lynchburg. This event will be held on Thursday, September 16th from 10am-2pm at the Lynchburg First Church of the Nazarene. You can find the church at 1737 Wards Ferry Road, approximately 1 mile past Heritage High School on the right.
There will be Wii games (so fun!), Volleyball, Relay Walk, Blood Pressure Screenings, Free Throw Shoot, Nutrition Information and more! A free lunch will be available, and there will even be door prizes! There are games and activities for folks of all mobility levels.
